Sesquipedalian (I googled it.)

Stella is going through a phase right now where she is trying out new big words. She hears a word somewhere and repeats it, most of the time incorrectly.  Which I love. It makes me laugh and it give me insight as to what she is picking up from her little world.  Some examples:

When I told her it was time to leave for the grocery store: "Ok. Are we going to go in unison?"

When I told her we needed to wash her hair in the bathtub: "Moooooom! You are so unfaithful!"

Carrying a jar of 20 potato bugs we caught one morning: "Look at all those little architects in there."

While walking past a stinky garbage at the mall: "ewwwww. That garbage is significant."

In a really happy voice after she won Old Maid: "Mom! It's so disastrous! I won!!! Wait... I mean delightful. Wait no. I mean disastrous! "

And because a post isn't a proper post without a photo, here is Stella's first time fishing. Unfortunately the fish weren't biting.

Perhaps because she gave up and was ready to run and play after 5 minutes.

Patience young one!

Cutest little fisherwoman I have ever seen though.
